- What is a 'message'?
A message is any individual exchange that is handled by our platform that is between you and a remote party outside your domain. ChatBot responses, marketing emails, surveys and voice calls are all considered to be 'messages'.
- What happens if I run over my monthly message limit?
No problem! We won't cut you off. Just continue to run your business and we can review your usage levels at the end of each monthly billing period. You can either install a growth bundle or manage your messages back within your limit.
- Can I upgrade or add growth bundles anytime from the app?
Yes, from within the billing options under your account settings.
- Will there be any additional carrier charges for phone or text messages added to my account?
No! RipeMetrics will not pass any additional fees from carriers or network providers. These charges are included within your subscription.
- What if I have multiple stores?
RipeMetrics is a Customer Growth Platform that allows you to manage multiple stores under a single license and manage your reports and customer metrics separately. However, if each store needs a completely dedicated account, then each store will need a user license.
- Can I share my landing page and campaign content with other users?
Yes. You can assign multiple users to a store, all of whom can share and collaborate on creative content, campaigns, customer groupings, etc.
- Are there limits to the number of campaigns I can create and archive?
No, you can access all our creative features, create and archive an unlimited number of campaigns using all editions of our Customer Growth Platform.
- Will I need to sign a contract?
There is no contract required. You can cancel at any time.
- Will I be charged for adding contacts or prospects?
No. Our pricing is not input-based and RipeMetrics will not charge you for ingesting data or building up your customer database. We charge only for users and output (messages, campaigns, surveys, etc).
- Does each user license come with a message bundle?
Yes, for each RipeCRM user license purchased you will receive a 500 message/mo bundle. This rises to 5000 for RipeEngage and 10000 for RipeIntel.
